MBF First Impressions

The day I was scheduled to meet with Michael and get my first menu (I actually live on the opposite coast but was out west to see him and figured it was nice to start off in person), I suffered one of the worst neck injuries I've ever experienced. I don't know if it was a pinched nerve or what, but I was in extreme pain and couldn't turn my head at all.

I had already gone through my evaluation and had my program ready, but Mike set it aside and had me do some relaxation and then put me through the program in a very step by step manner, making sure nothing would strain my neck. As soon as the program was finished I returned to about 40% mobility and the pain was reduced by a similar amount.

The next day I did the program several times, and was back to about 80% mobility and pain.

The next day, again with several reps of the program, I had complete mobility and only a slight discomfort (a "pull" feeling) at the extreme range of motion.

As an aside, I have thrown away my orthodics and not only do my planta facia hurt LESS, I no longer walk as if I'd been spot-welded to a computer for 100 years, and my posture is night and day different.
